OSS Retail, formerly known as Oxford Summer School, is putting the finishing touches on a fresh new-look and revamped website.
The re-developed web site will feature more videos, resources and useful tools for delegates and businesses who wish to continually develop their skills alongside other multi-national PLC’s and leading independent retailers.
We will also be releasing the first in a series of free e-books that will provide a sample of the quality of OSS Retail. The e-book ‘Giving Everyone the Five Star Treatment’ looks at the link between customer experience and employee experience and offers practical tips to increase customer satisfaction by enhancing employee loyalty.
